I’m all about the work life balance. Why are we all living to work instead of working to live?



And that’s what shows in my training. You name it I’ve done it all. Strength training, cross fit, boxing, kettlebells. I just love exploring different movement patterns and how our bodies work.



So why do I train?


Because I like knowing that I am capable at looking after myself, my family and those around me. I like knowing that if I get injured or hurt my fitness and my strength will help me rebound and recover faster.

I like the lifestyle that my training gives me.


Most of all, I love being able to pass on my knowledge and excitement to others to find they’re own strengths and enjoy they’re training whatever it may be.

MY MISSION

Making Fitness Fun

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.

Goals : My fitness Goal was to maintain my current fitness level and increase my training regime.


Why Dave :  I read about Daves experience and field of expertise and found that it aligned with what I wanted to achieve. 


How did Dave Help :  Dave has an enthusiastic energy and is always positive.  He has a vast amount of knowledge and can adapt to any training program to accommodate any injuries I have. 


Unique aspect about Dave :  personally, I found that Dave has a passion for achieving personal goals for each and every one of his clients.  He was able to extend my knowledge of Kettlebell training and was an awesome sparring partner.  I started boxing training with Dave without any experience in this field.  Dave was able to teach me boxing techniques and introduced me to this dynamic form of training.  I thoroughly enjoyed this and saw great fitness benefits from this.

    While I didn't have any set goals in mind, I was keen to push myself to achieve another level in terms of fitness and strength. I felt my training had become stagnant and 

    I needed an expert to help break through the barrier I was encountering.
